Welcome to the website of the Northern California
Regional Group of the Model A Ford Club of America.
We are a tax-exempt California Corporation and serve as
an umbrella organization for the Model A Ford clubs in
Northern California and western Nevada. Our current
membership consists of over 25 clubs representing more
than 1000 families. Our primary objective is to arrange for member clubs to host the annual NCRG Roundup each spring somewhere in Northern California. The first Roundup was held in 1963 in Modesto and member clubs have successfully hosted one every year since. Attendance at recent Roundups has exceeded 200 families and typical activities consist of banquets and luncheons, car and fashion judging, a grand tour, car games, seminars and other activities of interest to Model A'ers. We also sponsor a youth award program and make monetary awards to the youth of the member clubs for accomplishments in three categories - car restoration, era fashions and Model A memorabilia. We have three Board of Directors meetings per year-at the Turlock Swap Meet in late January, at the NCRG Roundup in late May or early June, and at the Apple Hill/Sagebrush meet in September.
